Now whenever I enter this place I see fewer people. In fact the other day there were just three people shopping and its no wonder - all the prices are sky high. In fact this grocery store is the highest priced in the vicinity of Steeles to the north, Bathurst to the west, Leslie to the east and Finch to the South. When there are items on sale its never for basics instead its for candy, ice cream and cakes which are items we do not want to buy. Give us a break on meats for a change, diary and produce.In addition, I do not like seeing the boss staff lady go to the check out counter and start berating a staff member right in front of me and other customers. That has got to be the worst. That unprofessional older woman needs to be reprimanded by her superiors. In fact its high time to get rid of her - Its no wonder this store cannot keep their check-out clerks with that sour puss constantly on their backs.

Although selection is limited due to small size, I like the friendly helpful staff. Buy stuff when on sale. Bakery has fresh bread. Strip loin steak is my favorite.

The cashier is a young girl with long black hair and glasses. Her attitude was awful, especially for Asians! It’s like sb own her money. Just wonder, how do people like her get hired by the store?

Visited this place for the first time having driven by it over the years. What a nice surprise. Clean, ordered and relatively well-stocked. Some of the on sale items are priced very competitively-the lowest in the neighborhood. It's worth checking out from time to time.

This place was much better when it was a valu mart. Tufts independent is price gouging and it seems everytime you go you pay more money for less value. The display cases holding donuts is very poorly maintained and the prices of meats is not reasonable. Why should we pay higher prices for lower quality service?

Very expensive store. Same products are much cheaper in many other stores... And despite the prices quality of some fruits and vegetables was quite subpar. Was there just on occasion, It appears first and the last time...

I've always passed by this store but never went in. I decided to check it out as I was in the parking lot. There was nothing enticing. Inside looked as dabbed as the outside. I wasn't motivated to buy anything and wouldn't go back.

I was just shopping in your storeI bought a few things, went to the last cashier A Young boy,He didn’t ask me for my points card..as I handed him the cash I said “I have a points card& I was looking for it I’m my wallet, he handed me my change, I gave him my card & he said it’s to lateI asked him if they was any way I could get my points,He said NO,I said there must be a way,He said he could not help me,Go to customer service, She told me to go on lineWitch I have done to no avail,Then I find a post on the Optima website saying “If you give the phone number attached to the card they can honour your points for the transaction
