They charged me 34 cents for two staples, which, okay, sure, whatever, but they put both staples in totally crooked, making the document I had printed look bad. Guys, if you can't use a stapler, and your name is Staples, what are you doing?? LolUpdate: I originally gave them a 3 star review. Lowering it to 1 star because I tried using their Fuji kiosk. Nowhere on their website does it mention that this only does 4x6 prints. Henry's for example can do instant prints of multiple sizes like 4x4 and 4x6. Wasted over an hour uploading, to come to staples, to go home empty handed. I think they try to hide it so you'll come to the store, rather than just being transparent with customers. Even Walmart does better. Yikes

I sent a file to the email for self-print to avoid the $3 service fee at the printing centre. However, when I got there, I was told to ask an associate because I needed to print on cardstock. I wanted to print one copy as a sample before I printed more. The associate (Jatin) printed one and then when I told him I wanted three more copies, he said okay, but then went to the other side of the desk and proceeded to help other customers.After he finished helping them and despite making eye contact multiple times, he just stood on the other side and chatted with his coworkers.When I walked over to the other side, I had to stand in line to get them printed. He printed it, and then charged me the service fee, saying it was because I had asked an associate. It turns out, he also printed two different sizes so my prints were different sizes.All in all, I spent 30 mins on there to print 4 sheet.

I came apr 24 to buy a MacBook and I waited for 35 minutes, but I was not greeted or acknowledged.I would not recommend spending any money here and I will make sure to tell my friends of the unfriendly staff at this location.

Worst purolator center in the world. Staff here is not trained well. Lazy, useless, uneducated always get my return shipping wrong. If you end up shipping from here always ask for receipt as the staff are scammers too

Amazing customer service from the whole crew at the printing desk. I was doing my own coping and needed help with everything I tried to do. They were courteous, helpful and patient as everything that could go wrong did. This is gunna be my "go to" Staples location from now on

Most terrible shop in my life:1. I tried to bought a printer, checked in stock, asked online, operator say yes in stock, came to the shop printer is out of stock.2. I tried to bought online, order canceled due to international card.3. I Asked at shop can I buy a gift card and using it online, answered yes, bought a gift card and at home found that I can't use it online.

Worse service ever! Employees at the printing side are very rude no respect for customers, I ask to speak to a manager and all the employees started laughing and they said there was no manager on duty, the employees need a lot of customers service training

I have purchased printer ink here several time up until my last visit. Emptied a full ink cartridge after less then 90 pages of black so I smell rip off. You tend to pick up on stuff like this given cost in life and even if there is no way to actually confirm if printer ink cartridges is a victim of shrinkflation. There is no fooling your senses when you've grown accustomed to what you get for what you paid for. How do you prove this? Final answer, go somewhere else or purchase another brand which seems unattainable in the world of printer ink.

I had an exceptional experience at this store when I lost my car keys. The associates, Seyed and Diogo, went above and beyond to assist me. Their level of help and dedication in locating my keys was remarkable. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for their assistance.
