Purchased some desserts from the bakery. They were full of mold. This place used to be clean and you were getting quality in exchange for a small premium. Now it's rundown, shelves are empty or have expired products and everything is 2-3x the price. Please save your money and shop literally anywhere else.

23 Oct 2024 , flash food customer service , very rude and insulting behavior. They have been lost my box , but instead of apologizing and providing me with a new box they refused the responsibility and accused me of not having a child (so hard to hear as a mother) to follow up my online problems

One of the nicer Loblaws Stores is located in North York Empress Path.
You have a wide selection of fresh, ready to eat options, etc. Which is very convenient if you live in the area.
Great customer service as well.

This store's customer service is NON-EXISTENT. No one available in the grocery department to help and the "customer service" personnel was too busy performing other duties away from the CS desk to notice customers waiting to be served. How can there not be any grocery clerks available to render assistance, at such a large store.

Overall good experiences here, but you always have to check for the products’ expiry dates here because I often find products on shelves that are past their “best before” date.

Went to Loblaws at 7:30 PM, well before their 10 PM closing time, looking to grab a cake from the bakery. Despite the store showing it as open, we were rudely told the bakery was closed. Reached out to customer service, and the person in charge called for help. A man shows up, and in the most dismissive manner possible, tells us the bakery is closed and that “no one’s working there, so you won’t get your cake.” No explanation, no apology, just attitude.
For a brand that charges premium prices, Loblaws sure doesn’t deliver premium service. It’s not just about selling overpriced goods; basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. Extremely disappointing and definitely not what you'd expect from a so-called “premium” store.

They never have anyone at the bakery and the same issue is common for the deli meat section. It's a clear indication of poor management.

This supermarket is large and spacious with the good range and selection expected in such a store. My low rating is because of the illogical and confusing layout and grouping of goods. Similar items seem scattered around so it takes ages to walk around to find items.
