I've been a customer of shoppers drug mart for my medications for quite some time now. To say the very least they were very rude, inefficient and problematic. Each visit I had come time to picking up my prescriptions, it was very anxiety inducing and not something I looked forward to considering my medication is very important to me as I'm sure with all others. Thankfully my doctor referred me to Mohit and his team. From my initial visit it was nothing short of kind , fast and efficient service . No more worrisome dilemmas, or back and forth unprofessionalism. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
On a side note : I'm very surprised to see comments stating Mohit is rude and unprofessional. Do let not those comments sway you from choosing this pharmacy as your provider. They will take care of you and surely will not regret it. :)

I had a great experience at Dynasty Pharmacy.
Dr. Mohit, the pharmacist, is highly knowledgeable and responsible. He always patiently explains details about all the medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacist whom I spoke with, assuming it’s Mohit as shown on their website, is the rudest person I have ever spoken with in a professional setting. He not only yelled at me for asking questions but was also incredibly condescending. They only care about making money off of your pain and it was made evident when I began asking him questions relating to OxyContin. I never leave reviews but the two times I spoke with the pharmacist I was treated like garbage. He has no professionalism and clear anger issues.

My husband and I decided to deal with this local pharmacy for various reasons.1- The owner is knowledgeable and respectful2- this is a compounding pharmacy unlike the one at Shoppers Drug Mart. They customize medications based on your needs.3- Prices are competitive4- Whenever the medication is out of stock the makes sure to stock up and contact you within a week. Unlike Shoppers who always claim that they have a back order and you'll have to wait for months.5- If you drop your prescription at a busy time, he will be honest and gives you the exact day and time to pick up your medication. He also calls to confirm.I suggest supporting this local pharmacy and the owner, because he clearly likes his profession and not just in the business for money.

The owner is really disrespectful and unpleasant. He questioned my doctor notes was made up and mentioned that he needed to verify with my doctor before providing me the medicine, which seemed hilarious. There was no warm welcome, and there was no smile or any excuse. Strongly not recommend this pharmacy store to anyone in Yonge Finch/Willowdale neighborhood!!

Long story short, first time here, ordered atrophie day before, got it next day. the staff even waited for me to pick up half hour after the store was closed. Exceptional service, nice staff. They aren’t as cold as other pharmacy that just closed everything after hours. This one will be my regular from now on.
