This company is a disgrace to work with. I went to them looking for a couch and Eugene had garenteed to have my couch made and delivered by the 3rd week in November; one month from giving a deposit. The week of agreed delivery arrives and so does a blatant lack of communication and disregard for our WRITTEN CONTRACT. 3 additional weeks continue by with lies and very little interaction from them. Eugene was not honest in what his company could do. It finally got delivered one month later than anticipated. I would not have chosen this company if I'd known they would not stand behind their word. No reimbursement was given, no acknowledgment, not even complimentary pillows for failing there own contract. Overall, very unimpressed

Do not have a good experience purchasing from this shop. It took one year so they fix my cushions and changed their word 100 times. Their delivery guys were rude. The sale person looks very friendly when you are looking and purchasing but turn to a headache with after sale service and rude. The product quality is also not as they market.

We ordered a custom sectional and absolutely love it. The salesperson, Sabby, was helpful without being pushy and we were able to select exactly what we wanted, from the fabric, to the legs, to the number of cushions, and specific dimensions of each seat. The couch was supposed to take about 6 weeks to make; it was delivered after 8 weeks due to COVID restrictions but well worth the wait. The delivery men were also very professional and careful. Overall, we love the look and quality of the couch, and the price was very fair.

The furniture sold based on the showroom are not the same as delivered to your house, if you want to return - there is a restocking fee 25% deductible from your original purchase. So better take pictures from what you ordered and compare to what is delivered.
