I drop my phone to be fixed..but they give it back to me scratched phone.. i noticed and talk to them but they said you scratched the phone they hand it to me ?not happy with my purchase ..do not recommended to go there to fix your phone

I bought an SD card for my dash camera. I asked the salesperson if it was suitable for my dash camera and he assured me that it was. I paid $145 for the SD card. However, when I checked the prices on Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart, I found that it was much cheaper. I feel like I have been scammed.

THIS STORE RUN BY SCAMMERS THEY SELL BROKEN PRODUCTS; THEY DON’T PROPERLY CHECK THEIR GOOD BEFORE RESALE NOR IS THERE A PROOF OF INSPECTION, and dont expect them to honour their own warranty ON GOODS THEY REFURBISH(says a lot when you won’t warranty your own work). when I asked about proof of inspection to insure the used goods were in working order before sold he laughed maybe it’s because they questionably sourced products…. all I know is that they claim to have a tech that is never on site; but he somehow brings in new devices to sell randomly when he feels like it….according to their own salesman’s words….. THEY ALSO HAVE WARRANTIES WHICH THEY REFUSE TO HONOUR AND WHEN TRYING TO DEAL WITH MY CELL PHONE THAT WAS BROKEN SINCE THE DAY THAT I BOUGHT IT, ALL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS THE RUNAROUND, I FINALLY DECIDED TO JUST TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO REFUSED TO COME OUT AND TALK TO ME so we could sort things out/start solving the dilemma of selling a defective product they even refused to provide the store owners contact information so that I could settle this with the owner himself DO NOT SHOP HERE OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID SO FAR I’ve lost $400 to these scammers

Battery change, but cell returned with time date wrong...they could have adj that. Plus all data on my calendar was wiped out...but .they said they didn't do it...sure I did it and blamed them
