Had my horn fixed on my 2012 ford focus about 6 months ago, I rarely need to use my horn but today I honk at someone sitting at a green light for approximately a minute and my horn doesn’t work anymore this place is extremely shady I also got my cpu replaced by this mechanic and they gave me a used cpu at the cost of a new one
Why would I bring my car back to you so you can make something else go wrong like you do to my old company and no you didn’t contact me at all in regards to anything to do with my car you called my old boss John Paul who without my permission made decisions for my vehicle which you aloud without my permission as well. I didn’t give him any decision making in regards to my vehicle so you guys are extremely shady by allowing someone who isn’t the owner of the vehicle to make decisions I would have waited a week for a new ecu as the used one you replaced in my car is faulty

Diagnosed and fixed my issue same day for a fair price. Great communication. They also have good social distancing measures in place inside the small front office.
