I recently visited this store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. They had a clear promotion of 'Buy 1, Get 1 for $1,' so I picked up a pair of pants and a sweatshirt labeled under this deal. When I got to the cashier, she told me that the promotion was old and they 'forgot' to take it down. Despite the fact that this misleading signage was clearly displayed, they refused to honor the deal. It's unacceptable for a store to advertise promotions they aren't willing to respect. I won't be returning."

I prefer you guys to not go to this store they said buy one and get one free so we were checking out until they said buy one and get one 50% off so they lied to us ?? and the staff aren’t that nice. also don’t go to this place I prefer a different place in upper Canada mall or somewhere else for clothes.

The staff was not helpful or attentive I had to find my own change room, reach stuff at the top while staff pretended to be busy. If I could have checked out myself they would have let me. Customer service was definitely lacking

Took my niece shopping the other day and she had so much fun! This place is her new favourite store! The girl with pink hair was so nice! Helped me find everything I needed and she was just so bubbly! It was so refreshing seeing such amazing customer service! As we cashed out, the cashier with glasses offered my niece a sticker and she had a great conversation with her! my niece couldn’t stop talking about it all day! This place is wonderful! 10 out of 10!!

I rarely come into retail stores to shop for my kids since Covid came about. When I came into the store last week, the staff were quite busy but I was fortunate that the assistant manager Sani was there to help me out. She was so kind and patient, and went the extra mile to make sure she found the specific items that I was looking for. I have never had such a considerate shopping experience where I was taken care of upon entering the store until I checked out. I would definitely drive the extra mile to shop here again!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service from head office I have ever experienced and at a store that sells lower end clothing. Absolutely ridiculous treatment of customers!!

Want to thank Sanaz as well as the regional/area manager for the upper canada location for helping me with my situation. An employee gave me wrong info about a return policy, and then another employee (Jacob I believe) treated me very rudely when I tried to talk to him. But Charlotte from customer service had a resolution for me in 2 hours after speaking to the area manager. They took care of the situation asap and then Sanaz was so great finishing off the process in store today. Thank you to the three of you. The bad treatment left a bad taste in my mouth but you guys turned it around so will continue to shop here.

The store manager in upper canada mall is the worst in customer service. She refused to give me her name but she's the one with short redish hair was in shift Saturday Feb 05 at 5:40.I made an order on line and 4 items the size was so strange so I went to the store to return them, the cashier took more than 15 minutes to find the items number on the receipt but I didn't mind at all I thought it's a weekend & end of the day she probably tired. And after she's done and asked for my visa a lady came beside her it turns she's the messenger and told her those clearance items which is final sale. I tried to explain to her this is my first order with urban kids and it's not written it's final sale, she insisted it's written big with red so I opened my phone git the item online and I showed her it's not so she said when you processed to purchase so I did processed and I added credit card and was at last step to click pay now and there wasn't any notification of final sale, in fact under the item it shows easly return to store. She was cutting me off, she said call customer service . Any way she kept cutting me off so I asked her for her name she refused I told her when I call customer service I will complain you're so rude she said I'm rude because I didn't do what you want I said no of course but you said about the final sale big in red and it's not she cut me off again I told her you're not even listening to what I wanna say. She said the exact words tell them I'm the rudest one I don't care, I told her sure I will and I'll right reviews every where , I will never purchase from this brand and especially from this location and I advise everyone not to, at least from this location if the manager is rude and not helpful that much what about the team.

I had to get birthday presents for my niece and nephew and they spent the time to help me get the right sizes and the staff was so nice great experience
