Very knowledgeable, honest and fair! My whole family and extended family bring our vehicles here. They are honest and do an amazing job. I highly recommend. I would not bring my car anywhere else. Once you go here, you will love it! Hao is the best. I brought in a Hybrid and the battery was on the verge of not working any more. Hao was able to diagnose the problem and fix it at such a reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough! Best mechanic hands down!

Excellent mechanic. Very honest. Been going to him for over a decade. He has saved me thousands of dollars. Other shops told me I needed new breaks, muffler etc. They lied and that was ten years ago. He said your breaks need cleaning and that's all because I don't drive a lot. I've sent three coworkers to him and were just as pleased. He has a no nonsense manner so it may be offensive to some. It's just his mannerism, no nonsense.

My family has been relying on Howie and Thanh Do Auto for over 20 years, ever since they were at their old location on Bayview. Today our 2011 Ford Fusion had to switch to summer tires, and had a broken door handle and loose tire rod joint, and we got it fixed no problem. Pricing was fair, service was honest and straightforward. Do recommend.

AVOID !!!! I brought my mitsubishi in because a noise was coming from rear. He agreed to take it for test drive over the phone. The moment I arrived, he started making awkward faces saying "its a mitsubishi there are no parts for it". From there on, he mocked my car for literally 10 minutes non-stop. Only likes Honda and Toyota and believes that every customer should either drive a honda or a toyota or nothing. If you drive anything else, according to him you are a re tard because he can't rob you for parts. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I been going to hawi for over 13 years now since he used to be at mulock and bayview. Trust worthy mechanic out there. He always took care of mine and my family vehicles like his own. Both guys at the show shops are great. Never head trouble or any call back.

Terrible service. I brought my car in to put my winters on and he completely ruined my lug nuts and also put my tires in the wrong direction of rotation. He charges for work that he hasn’t done on the car. Complete scam
