I have shopped in a lot of RW&Co stores from Newmarket to Oshawa and Niagara. Always been happy with the clothes and service. Never had an issue at the Newmarket store until today. Came around 10:30 am and went straight in line to place an online order. I was first in line. The sales associate (Mahsa) was helping a lady find a men's blazer in other stores. A lady then came second in line. She asked me if there was no one else to help us. I said I don't think so. We kept waiting. The associate walked to the blazers and slowly took down a few sizes, took one blazer out of the hanger and gave it to the lady's husband to try. She was taking her time, no rush as if that customer was the only one in the whole store. That's great, but not very considerate when there are people waiting in line. At that point a gentleman walked out of the fitting room and sat third in line. The sales associate came back (still no rush). She started processing my order and then suddenly stopped... and said "actually I will take the third person in line because I was helping him earlier"! I was stunned! The lady behind me heard this, left the items she wanted to buy on a rack and walked out the store! I told Mahsa that I was in line before the third person came in line and pointed out that the lady behind me just walked out. She replied in front of other customers that I am not patient or understanding!!! After she finished helping the third customer she continued with my order and then stopped again, walked at the back of the store and brought another associate to help me. I have NEVER seen such poor service at a RW&Co or in all honesty any other store. I would like this to be brought up to the management's attention. Mahsa needs training on basic customer service skills and common sense courtesy.

I like to provide reviews for businesses that go above and beyond in terms of customer service and RW&Co at Upper Canada Mall is one of them. I have been to other locations but I have to say that the Newmarket location is my favourite. It is always clean and neat, and the layout makes it so easy to have a great shopping experience. And a special shout-out and thank you to Rachel. She was warm, welcoming and so helpful with my specific search. She obviously knows the store and the products inside out, and she provided great feedback, as well as some really great clothing and pairing suggestions. While I was there, I also noted that she was just as kind and helpful to other customers, so great job! I will definitely be back!

Staff here are super friendly and go out of the way to make a sale. Very patient and courteous. I love the quality of clothes they have and the fits. Amazing experience shopping here. Definitely a place to shop for all my formal wear.

Michelle helped us from start to finish with picking out outfits for my cousin's wedding. She was amazing with suggesting a top for me and my bf got a reccomendation for a whole suit. She even helped us with steaming the tops and pants. Thanks so much Michelle, you really made this shopping experience comfortable!

Was not acknowledged once in the half hour I spent in this store. It’s hard to spend your money at a store with that type of customer service. Very disappointed.
