Well, due to the company's address' change, I started to use Rexall for my prescription. Although services in this store is good, the online and app of Rexall (BeWell) are not good comparing to the Shoppers. Rexall does not have the same amount of retails, but why cannot the app/online services be better than Shoppers?

Love this neighbourhood pharmacy. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help you to find a product. Receive our flu shots etc. there. Very convenient as our Doctors are in the same plaza at Summerview Medical.

I was amazed with the level of customer service I received at this pharmacy when I took my mom to help with her medications. The pharmacist, Matt Wong, was so helpful and patient and really took his time answering our questions and providing us with solutions for medication management going forward. His commitment to helping us really made me feel like he cared and I cannot express my appreciation enough. Thank you!

Negative stars if I could. What a horrible mess this place is. My 2nd and LAST time I'll ever visit here.1) unhelpful and uniformed employees2) sale prices not registering at register3) FOUR DOLLARS FOR A SMALL BOTTLE OF POP.I'm actually angry after visiting this store and as I'll said, I'll never be back. I left a bunch of items at the cash and walked out. I can't fathom how a place can be so poorly managed and unethical.

Night and day compared with Shoppers Drug Mart. Staff here are friendly and helpful. No self check out: hooray! Prices are reasonable and they have a points program that staff actually helped me get set up. This is the only retail location where I have been provided a receipt for lottery purchases. Big wins are highly scrutinized and having a receipt speeds up the process of claiming a prize. Who knew!?!

I dealt with this pharmacy for over six months and I should have left five months ago. You would think as a customer who gives them a lot of business. They would have the decency to call you to tell you that they don’t have your medication in stock every other pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with has the decency to call you and tell you that they don’t have your medication in stock. Most of the people that work behind the counter especially the manager, are rude and act like they don’t care about your business at all . When I asked him why he didn’t call me to let me know that they did not have my medication in stock or it was not he told me it was not his job. Found a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients and doesn’t treat you like garbage. Stay away from this care about getting your meds on time.

Just called in to refill my prescription. This lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Her voice was very monotone and couldn’t wait to hang up the phone. I find that very rude and very insulting. Almost want to change my drugstore.
