Fred at MRM Auto Glass is the best in the business. I got a windshield rock chip this afternoon, called MRM, and within a few hours, Fred was here and had it repaired in just half an hour. This is the 3rd time I've used MRM. I apparently have the worst luck with windshields and have had 2 incidents in the last year alone :( but this place has always been amazing with quick service and fair prices! I had a 2 inch c shaped crack in my windshield. I called around to a few places and they all recommended I replace my entire windscreen for thousands of dollars. Fred and his team took me in same day and fixed the crack for 120$ and you need a microscope to notice the crack was even there. thanks for all the help Fred!

Needed a replacement side view mirror on my 2008 Chrysler 300. Reached out to MRM Newmarket and wow, incredible service. The replacement part is discontinued, the wonderful customer service person sourced a used part, and it was replaced in less than an hour and at a very reasonable price. Honestly, about the best customer service I have ever experienced. If you have need of car glass, mirror repair, this is THE place to go in the Newmarket/Aurora area.

Well what can you say about this professional and expert place to have your windshield replaced! They are frendly and nice. They replaced the windshield on my Mercedes and it was half the price of any other place , they say what they do and they do what they say! I recommend them to anyone!
