Just went into freedom at upper Canada as my work phone had a power issue and brought it to apple but they basically said it’s time for a new phone.So went to freedom since I’ve been with them for years to get a new one.However they refused to help me because I didn’t have my physical Id with me. I had a digital copy. It’s 2023, we live in a digital world. It’s clearly me in the photo, Address matches my insurance slip in my digital wallet also. This was the stupidest reason I’ve heard for refusing service to someone.I will be cancelling both my accounts/ phones with freedom and taking my business elsewhere. Terrible service.Thought that was the purpose also of the 4digit security pin.

The employee was will knowledgeable about all these there inventory told me I should do hopes to assess Good information to get a a good payment plans less then the ones now with the new plans with 40gb

James…James…James…I refrained from escalating our interaction since I am aware of how to conduct myself during interactions pertaining to business with representatives of companies or services but I figured I should write a review highlighting your flaws and hoping Freedom’s management can offer you some training regarding customer service and also boundaries for interactions. Your opinion doesn’t matter when it comes to valuable customers, their money or their logical requests my friend. Your disgusting attitude, unwanted opinions or make shift policy for an entity which you clearly work for an do not own are very much not required during customer interactions. I hope that a member from your management team sees this review and understand I am not writing this for you to be fired or anything but for them to provide you with the necessary support, whether it be emotional support or employee training. I just hope that they will acknowledge you and value you enough to help your understanding of what is required of you as a customer service provider.

I went into this store with very low expectations, but Kyle an Michael were amazing! I have received exactly what I was promised. Great knowledge and customer skills! Way to go guys!

Excellent team!! Michael and Austin both helped me a lot changing my plan and get the best deal for the phones. As a loyal freedom customer (since 2010) I definitely recommend this place esp. with either Michael or Austin. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Super happy with my experience at this Freedom location. Michael was friendly and had great recommendations. My whole experience was smooth, and I spent very little time transferring from another carrier. Overall, I am really happy and have recommended this location to many people!

Unprofessional worker was there her name was Eva , she gave us all wrong information about upgrading phone . She told us that you can only upgrade your phone for 2 years lease and must return it back , no other option . But fortunately I upgraded Ma phone from Richmond hill freedom mobile location.
