Went to this location today as I was told by fido customer service to do so. Customer service said that since my Samsung phone has dead pixels but covered under 1 year manufacturer warranty they can fix it for me if I bring in my phone.I waited a long time only for the reps to tell me that fido can't actually assist me regarding this and that who ever I spoke with on the phone at fido customer service was wrong. They said I need to purchase their protection plan and then I could be assisted. My phone was only 1 month and 2 or 3 days old with a dead pixel.This store turned me away and basically said they do not handle things like this unless it's with their protection plan and that this kind of thing needs to be dealt with the samsung store.I went home and called fido customer service and was told completely opposite of what this store said. Someone else at customer service asked me again to visit the fido store for my device repair/replacement. I explained to fido customer service what I was told at this store and fido customer service was in disbelief.This store does not follow through with fido/Roger's policies, such a shame.Do not visit this store if you have any issues. They won't help.

The Worst fido location. Wait for half an hour. Ask staff for help. Say have to wait in line. Ask where is the line. Staff answered I’m not sure. Waiting a bit more. Another staff. Ask if I can just return the modum. All paperwork is done. Just need to drop off. Staff answered. I have to help next in line. Again. There’s no line in there. The Worst. Don’t even bother come there.

I had a very bad experience at this store. I went there yesterday to fix the mistake they made two months ago and it cost me money.The workers here are not problem solvers at all, they are disrespectful and they don't want to help, they just want to go home as soon as possible. I have never experienced anything like this, what they did was so bad that I cried in the store.The store manager was there, but why?You should have an etiquette class with these people before they start work.They can't even say goodbye, while he's doing my business, he gets up and goes back without saying a word, I thought he was drinking or peeing. Then this girl left the store wearing a jacket, while I was left alone with my problem.In Europe, anyone would be fired for that, because we learned that the customer comes first, and you always have to make them happy.

In November 2022 they advertised 39.99 dollars for 24 months with 20 gigs data and unlimited Text. Seemed a good plan and I fell for it. Today I accidentally went to store to update the phone and I found out they cheated and plan was for 18 months. Isabella told me that I am mistaken.
