I activated a phone with Chatr online and they sent me an email that everything is fine and after two days the phone is not still functional. I have sent them two emails and no response. I will call my credit card issuer today to put a stop payment on the charges.Avoid Chatr like the plauge.

Had my account setup with these guy in January. Honestly every month I have to come and get my account fixed. This is garbage company, as well a garbage service. These ppl that work here have no idea how to help you. Don't waste your time!

Had setup my daughter's phone 2 months ago, her phone barely works. I'm beyond disappointed. She really need her phone for work, we couldn't get a hold of her half the time. The staff here was not helpful at all, one point they even threatened up that they will charge extra fees to our account. I don't have faith with this company and this kiosk. They blamed it on us that our credit card company. This has never happened to me with any other company. Please avoid Chatr as well as this kiosk like plague!

Had my wife and I come to this place to setup our phone plans. My god they screwed up royally. Do yourself a favor and avoid Chatr especially this kiosk at all cost!

Had my phone setup with Chatr, these guys lie through their teeth. We setup with the 49gb plan, it never worked. The tech support told us they saw nothing on our account. I tried to port my number out, these guys make it next to impossible to port out because they hide your Chatr account number. This is a fraud company, plain and simple.

This phone company is a complete SCAM. They will advise you that you will get 49 gb of data for their 35$ plan. Be warned you will never get the 49gb, you'll be stuck in a perpetual loop of contacting their customer service. These guys will also over charge you on your phone line even when you dont even over use. When you try to login into you account, their system will become "faulty" and you'll be stuck having to contact their tech support. Avoid the hassle never use this company.
