September 30, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We made a pit stop at the Shell station to refuel on our journey back home. I relied on the GasBuddy app, which indicated that this particular location offered the best fuel prices along our route. One of the aspects I appreciate about Shell is the additional discount provided to CAA members, which came in handy. Thankfully, the station wasn't crowded, so we didn't have to wait for a pump. We simply paid at the pump, and the entire process went smoothly. I also made a mental note of the station's well-maintained and clean appearance.

Went to use the washroom and was told it was "for employees only" even though there was no sign indicating it as such. I was then told to go to the Tim Hortons across the street. Never been to any gas station (Shell or otherwise) that didn't have a separate employee and customer washroom.

Poor customer service, employee likes to shut down gas station and tell people to come back when they’re done never in 13 years have I went to gas station and been told to come back to get fuel ??♀️?

Best place to gas up !!! Staff very helpful also I like prepay easy to use and very fast way to get gas.ALSO SHELL GO is even faster.

The staff are very rude. I pulled in at 8:58pm as did another car (apparently they close at 9 which I didn’t know). I got everything set up and my card was approved and when I went to get the pump the girl on the speaker said “we are closed” and turned the pumps off…. Like what, couldn’t you have told me that when I pulled in. They are also the only working gas station in town so they hike their prices up. I go out of my way to avoid this gas station

Not actually 24 hours! The pumps will let you get through the transaction phases but because there is no one inside the store, the pumps won't actually output fuel. Don't bother coming here after dark. Just save time and go to the station north by McDonalds

i am so disappointed, i bought a roblox gift card just to know the cashier put two whole different codes, i asked for a refund and she said she cant because i left the store, dont waste your time here
