Had the best experience in the Bayshore Source with the sales associate D. Mohammed! She was remarkably helpful. I went in looking for a screen protector for my new iPhone 14 that I had just purchased and I wasn’t looking to pay an arm and a leg for it. She told me about the Black Friday deal promo with Virgin , at first I wasn’t a interested, but she told me of all the incentives and I couldn’t say no! So I walk out of there with a screen protector for $3.66 and now I’m paying $10 less a month for a better cell phone plan. Win for me! Thank you so much D. Mohammed! So happy I wondered into that Source store in the Bayshore mall!

Wanted to buy a brand new iPhone 15 Pro to replace my outdated iPhone. With the Pro model being rare at the time of purchase I was helped by employee Mobashera Mohsin to order a Pro to the store free of cost and returned later to complete the purchase and transfer to my new phone, including having a screen protector professionally applied for me. Very pleased with my purchase and I will be returning again for any other tech-related purchases.

No starts isn’t an option. Went last night at 8:30pm so that my 12yr old could buy herself headphones. One employee was helping out en elderly person and the other one was too busy flirting with two girls. We politely asked him, as he was standing right next to the headphones we wanted, if we could get the headphones and go to the cash as we were tight on time. He looked at us, giving us a nasty look and said “I’m busy right now you’ll have to wait”. I work with the public and I would never treat people the way he did.They lost a sale and customers.So zero stars.
