Be prepared to be yelled if you are with your kids. Manager was very rude. My kid just ran into this store and she yelled out loud to us. Unnecessary behavior. Somebody else came and apologized after.

It's wonderful when the staff care for your needs, and come back with suggestions and the specific shades, sizes from their back storage even at 6:00pm on Sunday. Good outlay and trendy fashion for women.

The lady that was working today was rude!! I really don't know how this company has her as apparently a manager!! I was a manager once before and I would never talk to people the way she did. MAYBE IT IS TIME TO RETIRE LADY, JUST CAUSE YOU LIVE A SAD LIFE, DOSEN'T MAKE IT OK FOR YOU TO TALK DOWN TO PEOPLE.

I’ve been a longtime customer of this store and I love the vibe, it’s customer-centric and easygoing.Not long ago, my daughter and I went shopping again here. To my dismay, my daughter fainted in the store. Bridgette, who works in the store, came to our rescue and helped me take care of my daughter while we waited for the ambulance to arrive. As Bridgette had medical training, she knew exactly what to do to keep my daughter aware of her surroundings after she had regained consciousness. Most of all, Bridgette was calm, genuine and efficient. My daughter and I would like to express our utmost gratitude to Bridgette, to Talbots’ other wonderful employees!
