Had a great experience earlier today at the Bayshore location. It was just an online order pick up but Jen the girl that helped me with it was the best. She was kind and caring. Lovely girl.

I went in to size my finger for a ring I was receiving for my anniversary, the woman who was assisting me was very rushed, wasn’t paying attention and ended up sizing me wrong. When going in to exchange the ring the staff kept insisting that I was the one who incorrectly read my ring size instead of listening to my concerns. We bought the ring at a discounted price for cyber Monday and when having to reorder the ring the staff would not honour the price we originally bought it for even though it was within the exchange policy. Overall I am unhappy with the service I received.

Destiny is the best…. i found other salespersons bit rude as i saw and heard them talking behind back and laughing….destiny is knowledgeable and respectful….. she deserves a raise! She made my shopping experience so professional.

This was the first revamped store I saw with the new layout and it’s beautiful! The associate was very knowledgeable about the product and did a great job helping us out.

Love their products and when a 2 year old necklace broke they ordered an identical one all the way from BC and replaced my necklace free of charge.

The Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in with my mother and greeted the lady's behind cash, they looked me up and down and continued to talk to eachother. That turned me off from buying anything from them. I'm very disappointed considering I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years now.

Worst customer service. They have prices all over the place and can't honor the price tag because the item isn't behind the glass. The manager comes out and tells me because the item is on the shelve and maybe some kids moved the tag I can't sell the set for that price. All she could say is just NO, as if we messed up as customers.

Love the customer service at this store, I called and asked to have a few pieces put on hold so that I could view them in person the rep that I spoke with was very kind she pulled all the pieces and they were ready when I walked into the store they gave me enough time to look at all the pieces and select what I wanted even provided some recommendations and alternatives. Will definitely shop at this location again. ?
