Beautiful clothing but there needs to be better training on customer service skills... was going to purchase an item but the sales associates acted very impatient. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, that is not the way you should act around customers.

Great experience being styled for an outfit to wear for my daughter's wedding. Niloufar gave me many options based on my preferences and gave honest feedback with each one I tried on. I left with a lovely outfit.

I bought 2 dresses on 2 separate days for the first time at this store because the sizing just didn't work out and when my spouse went to go return them on my behalf, the sales associate Nermin G was rude and told him that I should come in next time to get properly sized so they wouldn't have to do a return. When I was shopping initially, the sales staff followed me around even though I was just browsing and didn't need any help. When I was trying stuff on in the dressing room, the sales associate assign to me was very insistent on me coming out to show her the dress even though there's a mirror in the dressing room. She kept talking to me even though I just wanted to try on my stuff and make my own decisions on what I wanted to purchase. Overall I was super disappointed in my shopping experience here and I won't be returning.

Last Wednesday I was mistreated by a sales associated at this store. Three days earlier I bought a beautiful dress, which I loved, and wore it to a wedding on the same day. But the embroidery on the dress pulled a lot of threads on the sleeves and the dress looked as if it was old and worn out. The dress cost CAN 560.00 and although I loved the dress, I didn't want a disposable dress that could only be worn once. I was very disappointed. I went to the store and explained what happened to one of the sales associates. Not only did she not believe me, she practically accused me of doing it on purpose to return the dress. I'm a doctor, I work, I am in independent woman, and I have my own money. I don't need to do something like that and I don't need to be humiliated by a sales associate like that. She refunded the amount on the credit card, but still didn't believe me and said she couldn't reproduce the problem. I asked her if she wanted me to wear the dress to show her, but she said that with the damage that was on the dress, there was no point of doing that. I was very angry at being humiliated and mistreated like that. The store has beautiful clothes, but it needs to improve training of the sales associates. I will never return or recommend Melanie Lyne to anyone!

Really love Melanie Lyne. Stylish clothes at great prices, especially sale prices. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The best jeans are at Melanie Lyne too. I get so many compliments on them.
