Had a lovely visit to Rona this afternoon- as associate named Scott did his upmost to help me sort out my issue. It is so refreshing to have a clerk who knows his product, and has a willingness to spend time and effort in helping a customer. We customers really appreciate this..thank you

I had an excellent experience here, as always. Mike helped me in the plumbing area of the store. I came in with an idea to DIY a stand for my budgie and didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Mike not only showed me what I needed, he drew a basic design of what I was planning on making, so I knew how much piping and connectors to buy. I'm happy to say I got it all together! Thank-you Mike, it turned out great. :)

I have hoped this store would survived but their numbers have receeded.They were, initially, good competition to the other 2 large big box stores but have almost dropped off the radar now.Regardless, I still shop there when I can and they usually have what I'm looking for.

Large squirrel in greenhouse needs to be caught and removed from this area. It was getting into plants and knocking pots over, on Nov. 12/23. One staff member was aware but didn't seemed too concerned. Tremendous greenhouse. Nice to visit on a dull day.

Just needed a small scrap piece of wood, they gave it to me for free and even cut it for free! Obviously I am pleased. ?
