Very efficient and professional service, particularly with respect to the Canadian diamond (Glacier Fire) line. Matthew at the Bayshore Shopping Centre branch (Ottawa) spent time carefully checking the Canadian origin registration numbers laser etched on each diamond in the band I purchased. He and the rest of the staff at the store were friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. CDC also has an excellent and flexible warranty and resizing policy. Highly recommend them!
