  I wrote a review about this place. I attempted to inquire about adopting a dog. The owner responded 2 years later indicating that I didn't apply appropriately. The owner was correct that they couldn't find my application. I did not send it in because of the representative that I contacted. You will find similar responses from the owner. I phoned before sending in my application and the representative was the one who told me that I didn't qualify and that if I sent in an application it would be dismissed. I was dismissed because I have children. Both of my children have had experience with 60 lb Labrador. When they did this we rescued a 9 year old Huskey from Big Sky. We loved Luna, however we lost her to lung failure after 11 months. When we told Big Sky what happened they mourned with us. They then told us they would call us whenever they got new dogs and we could have the first pick. They did , we rescued a 140 lb Hercules. We still have Herc a bull bullweiler. My youngest is still smaller than Herc and he is the best. Shame on you Navan for blaming you clients, when it was your staff telling us not to apply because we didn't qualify. Please read all of the reviews before you use this Corporation. There are many awesome groups out there to help you. I feel sorry for the animals in their care.

  horrible HORRIBLE place,management, owner, and staff. Unethical, rude LIARS that, in my nightmare of an ONGOING HORRIBLE experience, would not only recommend you steer clear, but that someone needs to shut this place down PERMANENTLY.
