Very unpleasant, I was just asking some questions and the cashier said this is a 'inconvenience store' now with a smirk on his bearded face since they have no snacks, pop in fridges or toiletries. They are renovating but the lack of basic goods that they were selling is not very welcoming, I was a card carrying member for over 21 years, now I'll be taking my business somewhere else, I hope the management of this Flying J will read this comment and press upon it's employees that without clients like us. We are their main source of revenues that pays their salaries

I didn't stop here for a while because of the decline with covid and thereafter.
This truck stop was a mess.
But what a 180 they pulled off.
Clean washrooms and showers despite the renovation that was going on. Friendly faces everywhere. Good food. And Ankor the Dennis manager was a delight. Friendly and fast. You can see that he likes his job.
I will most likely make this a regular stop again. If it would be a little bit more affordable.. . this truck stop could become a "go to" on the 401.

The showers are excellent (clean and modern with towel, washcloth, and bathmat supplied) and the convenience store is well stocked with lots of supplies for drivers as well as snacks. The attached Denny's is always a welcome treat!

if i could do 10 stars i would. my friend and i will drive 40 minutes every now and than to get a pizza at night. well the one worker kathy… lovely lady. remembers us every time we come in and it just make going out there even better. thank you kathy for being a good worker! makes the experience wonderful each time!!

Today, this morning, I filled gasoline for my car and went inside to get food and a cold drink. While I was ordering food, with all due respect, I do not know why. The man who wanted to help me treated me in a rude manner after I ordered food and then He left me and sent me another person to help. She was old and told me how I could help you in a very rude way. I changed my mind about food and paid what I owed for gas for my car and went to the opposite side and bought what I wanted from the restaurant. ( TIM HORTONS) , and I will not return to this station...

Not nice sale's clerk or manager ... asked about a wait for showers ... she said no ... I then discovered their computer system is down, and there were many waiting for a shower.
"Can't you just use a key and let us into the show"
This mad the store staff mad.
The sale's clerk then tried to humiliate me by telling everyone that I would have to wait until last before she allowed me to have a shower. She had the key.

I looked for it with coordinates and checking the picture and only found it when I asked someone inside. (From another app)
There's gas and diesel pumps and the dump station is right beside it. You pay and they give you a code which seems to give you a 15 minute accès, After that an alarm goes off. (what it says)
***Once you open the trap, don't close it till you're done!! ***
I was done took it out and for a reason I tried to reopen it and it was locked. I wasn't there 15 minutes.. so just a heads up.
Hopefully this and the pictures help.
When you turn don't go straight towards the far end where all the trucks are. Although it says trucks and RV, that's only the parking. Turn left and you should see these pumps ahead slightly right. pumps number 14 to 19. :)

The truck stop was clean, the food was perfect... but their customer service was very bad. I felt like I was taking food and fuel for free. I would never go back there again; last time I went to the truck stop at the other side and the service was great, next time I'll go there.
