Gurnoor at the heartland location was phenomenal. She went out of her way to help us out and guide us through the process of buying a mattress with an adjustable base and four pillows for our family. She didn't pressure us at all. She made our purchase smooth and easy. She was very knowledgeable and guided us accordingly and was very attentive to our needs. Most frustrating experience. Purchased 2 mattresses, 2 separate addresses for delivery. 2 separate invoices, 2 separate delivery charges so, you would expect smooth delivery. Nope, Heartland location entered 1 address for both mattresses. The store is useless at rectifying their error. Was told all they could do is send an email. My choice is to not accept the delivery of the mattress delivered to the wrong address and wait for another delivery date, this told to me by the rep at Heartland. Can't speak to a manager because Rajeet apparently doesn't have a phone or email address. Have been waiting for this mattress for 2 weeks. Been on phone with customer service since this morning, spoke with 3 separate people. All anyone can do is send emails. No one can speak with the driver to fix the issue. Stay away from these people.
Tanya, what is the point in your reply and asking to reach out when the manager didn't have decency to call me back.

I was helped by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Farooq. Not only did he explain everything to me but he was able to help me find exactly what was suitable for my needs. I had to return at a later date to make an exchange and also received wonderful service from Rifaz. If you are contemplating visiting this location make sure to ask for Farooq or Rifaz as they are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service with a smile. In the future I will be returning there again.
