The worst customer service ever!!!! No one answers the phone! My package is lost on its way , and the company doesn't care!

Ordered few weeks ago for Christmas have been emailing and calling Canada customer service no one is getting back to me or answering calls , Item went to carrier , carrier was missing paperwork so had to send shoes back to them . I have had no further update or replacement paid over $100 and no goods absolutely shocking service . Think I need to go to my bank make official complaint . Maybe head office could look into this I really thought I was dealing with a reputable company .

Trash reviews don’t lie. I ordered summer shoes that are still no where to be found a month later, with no response from the company. The seasons will have changed so there will be no use for summer shoes in winter time, and the size won’t even fit anymore. Their designers do a great job in creating shoes that kids like, but the company has terrible availability in store and online. What a scam.

It really took 3 weeks for package arrival. if you are rush, don't order from the online shop. No one can be reached by phone.

Same as everyone else...I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. You won't get your order on time. They won't let you cancel. And it'll arrive after the return policy. You can't reach anyone by phone and not guaranteed a response by email.

BE AWARE! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM SKECHERS ONLINE. MANY REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT ABSOLUTELY ZERO ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. ITS BEEN OVER A 1.5 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SHOES. I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, EXCEPT 1 TIME ON LIVE CHAT AND NOW IT STOPPED WORKING. IVE EMAILED 3 TIMES NO REPLY. CALLED SKECHERS USA THEY CANT HELP. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Really bad customer service. Shipment took forever, return for refund took forever. No one calls back or responds to messages. Will never order from this company again.

I wish I had read these reviews 7 weeks ago, when I placed an online order. It has still not been delivered, and seems to have vanished. The delivery company has not returned my calls. I have emailed Sketchers countless times, and have been “thanked for my patience”. I have tried calling many times, and get bumped to the voicemail system, as their phone message claims their employees are working within Covid protocols. This is, hands down, the worst customer service imaginable, from a pretty big and well-established company.

As stated with other customers here. Placed an order and haven't received my shoes. It has been over a month and nothing. All I got from customer service was that they are doing an investigation.I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy more shoes till I get a refund or I get my shoes. Which means I have no shoes.Skechers should be ashamed of themselves.

Wish I read these reviews first. Ordered shoes online and never received them and absolutely zero customer care. Only option is to leave an email or a voicemail which they will not reply to. Judging by the reviews they’ve been doing this for a while I’m filing a complaint with the OPP and contesting my credit card charges. Sketchers Canada is fraudulent so you’ve been Warned
