The staff here are liars and just wasting your time. We tried to purchase a used car and were lied to about its accident history and mileage.Despite asking multiple times the salesperson did not provide the car's history just repeated that it was fine and had no accidents. After we paid a deposit we were finally given the history by the business manager. The car had an accident reported which the used car manager tried to convince us "didn't count as an accident".On top of this the mileage in the carfax report was not what we were told. They claimed this was due to an error that their service team made multiple times in reporting the mileage.We were also told a story that the car had come in the previous day that's why it wasn't cleand up yet. They told us its owner had been a housewife who never drove it hence the low mileage. Later on both the managers said it was driven by an elderly gentleman who's daughter brought in the car for him. Why you would lie about these things I don't know but the extremely shady business practices are a huge red flag. We wasted a whole day in this place and were just lied to the entire time. There's plenty of dealerships out there, find one that will at least treat you like a human being and not lie to you about basic facts about the vehicles. Buying a car is hard enough, these guys make it a nightmare.

I just got a new car from this place and it was a great experience! Shane was the one who helped us with the car and he was amazing! He was very patient, knowledgable and took time to explain the features of the car. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Very friendly and would recommend to go to him for all your car needs!

I have been a customer of Mississauga Toyota since 2009 where I bought my first and my second car. The staff at Mississauga Toyota is amazing and very friendly, Peter, Anthony, Matthew Elaria, Bryan and of course the fabulous Susan to name a few, I’m sure they’re all wonderful. Keep up the amazing work.I have not been disappointed in the service and care I received and will continue with the dealership. Truth be told, I have not been to another dealership and have nothing to compare but, with the level of service I receive, I don’t really need to go elsewhere. Cheers ??

Booked an appointment for a airbag module recall on my 2004 4runner, dropped vehicle off in the morning and picked it up just after lunch.Noticed vsc/trac and abs lights were ON and know for a fact they were off when I dropped off the vehicle, didnt have time to go back inside since I was still on the clock at work, but was allowed to grab my vehicle. Also noticed my auto up/down window controls were not programmed and neither was the controls for the sunroof.Scan my 4runner and find the code C1336 which is basically the yaw sensor not being calibrated and usually comes on when the battery is disconnected and or if the memory in the pcm is cleared.Now you would expect from a Toyota dealership that the technician would know how to do a zero point calibration on a vehicle that they're specifically trained to work on and that they would at least make the service advisor aware that the vsc, trac and abs light are ON, but nope they parked it and let me take it with lights ON.The fact the I had to repair my Toyota after picking it up to get a recall done is disappointing and makes me wonder if the technician who worked on my vehicle takes pride in their work or they just wanted to get my Toyota in and out as quick as possible.I did the zero point calibration myself and reprogrammed my driver side window, rear window and sunroof.Overall disappointed with Mississauga Toyotas service and professionalism.
