My fiancée got my absolutely beautiful engagement ring here. I had to go get it resized and they were so accommodating and had it ready extremely fast. I get compliments on it all the time. Will definitely be back for our wedding bands

Don't bother asking these people to fix anything for you, especially something with sentiment value let alone worth big money, they will use the cheapest alternative to what you ask for to replace any link or glass etc.. cheap glass instead of scratch resistant sapphire and charge for sapphire...

They came highly recommended to me by fellow moms, and I brought in my engagement ring to be reset. The owner took his time to explain why my diamond popped out, what he’d do to repair it, the price was very fair and timeline more than reasonable. Got my ring back and it looks better than ever! Very friendly and professional staff! I searched jewellers close to my work and this place was one of the options. I’m glad I came here. I needed my watch fitted and while I was there bought a beautiful cross necklace. I will definitely be coming back here.

Gave them an 18 karat gold chain to fix its lock. They kept it for months and at the end they said they made a mistake and sent it to melting and replaced with one that is less in weight and quality without refunding the difference in weight.Very bad experience. How can any business be run so poorly and can’t keep track of customer item. This is dealing with gold that is equivalent to money. They treat it as if it is junk metal.

My mom wanted to redesign her wedding set and we were very happy with the results! Very honest and professional jeweler who walked us through the design and explained the process to us. Very great quality result and we will be coming back for our other jewelery repairs! The staff were also very friendly and provided great customer service.
