Really Toronto, I'm ashamed of how dirty the pick up area is at A outside the AC arrivals terminal. Empty drink cartons and butts everywhere. We can do better. Unacceptable.

WORLD CLASS CITY ? YYZ T3 Arrivals West entrance washroom by elevator. Look at the mold on the water fountain. Absolutely disgusting. That's not been cleaned in months. I'm reporting it to the Peel Region Health Inspection office.

Beware of Wheel chair handlers, They could steel your full carry on if your parents are travelling alone. It happend with me at security check point.

With all of the bad press that this airport has been receiving recently, I wanted to recount a very different recent experience i.e. the service that I received just last week was exemplary - everyone from staff assisting customers on the floor to the staff working at the food kiosk were both professional and friendly.

Worse airport I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how they can even call themselves a world class international airport. Should be named the Mickey Mouse Airport. The lounges are awful, never enough people working security and customs, literally takes hours to get through. Security machines are outdated - literally every airport I’ve been to recently has the latest technology (no need to remove shoes or laptops, etc). I just landed at the 2:30am and was instructed by my airline via text to proceed to gate F. Upon arrival it was closed, not a person in sight except for other travel res sleeping on the ground. You’d think in k they would have some sort of lounges. Finally found some employers and got 3 different stories on when connection gates open. Some said 3am, some 4am and some 5am. I’m honestly too tired to even go on with all the issues at this hole you call an airport. Might as well be in a third world country.

Terrible airport
Our flight landed on time but the assigned tarmac was occupied and we waited an hour and thirty minutes
The captain said there was only 2 toe truck to push the plane

This airport cannot even put enough comfortable seats for people who gets stuck in this airport waiting for a connecting flight. World class airport. Not!
