This establishment is a disgrace to the beauty industry. We came to this place due to a recommendation but the experience was beyond terrible with Sadia. Please do yourself a favour and go to a place that cares about customer service.

I just had the most unprofessional at this place. The employee named Sadia tried taking advantage of the fact that I don’t speak proper English and over charge me for the session. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

I had a one hour teeth whitening session on Tuesday at Gentle Touch. I immediately noticed when completing the procedure my bottom lip had puffed up huge with a burn blister on it. It remained swollen for 2 days. The blister has grown in size and has turned terribly painful. Day 5 since the procedure and I still cannot eat or drink without pain from the blister. The procedure was done wrong as the gel made contact with my bottom lip during each application. Then the laser heat was directly in that area of my lip for the entire 60 minutes. Usually a protective ointment is given for lips such as Vaseline and no contact is made with the gel. This is not normal as I have had my teeth whitened many times. More training needs to be given to this employee so it won’t happen again to other clients. Definitely not a “gentle touch” teeth whitening. I won’t be back.

Very thorough experience., leg hair is pretty much all gone. They are good for facial hair as well.
