Bought an expensive 1000+ dollar mattress and within 8 months it became hollow on both sleeper sides. When asked to exchange, they made up excuses. Bad experience a complete waste of money!

John was extremely knowledgable & helpful! As soon as I started to research all the different brands and models of mattresses online, I quickly realized how big of a task it *could* end up being. John was available in the Live Chat feature on their website and talked me thru each of my questions, landing me on the perfect set up! He saved me a ton of time and gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my dad was going to have a fabulous set up. A true best in class experience. Thanks John!!

We had a great experience buying a mattress for our son. Jim was patient, kind, and engaged with our son to see what he was looking for to help him pick the best one for him! We will definitely be shopping here again!

I purchased a low profile box spring from this company. The product is so low quality and manufactured purely that I immediately started to get back pains as using this box spring made my mattress sink. I changed back to my original full size box spring and the issue resolved. Only reason I went for a low profile box spring is because a full size box spring makes my bed too high.
Found the sales people, including the supervisors rude, Not helpful. When I called to see if I could get a different low profile box spring or return the one they sent. The rep told me "You own it". Never doing business here again. Should have gone to sleep country or The Brick.

I wish I had known this prior to our purchase. If you’re thinking of buying a king size split bed. Most irritating is the vibration feature. Your side vibrates if you want it or not!!! Not enjoyable at all

Terry provided fantastic customer service & knowledge. As someone with chronic musculoskeletal pain due to congenital disabilities, Terry suggested a firm bamboo memory foam mattress in King size. We went with a King so our Newf could sleep in the bed with me and the hubby. I’ve never slept better, and I wake up less stiff and achy. There were no issues with delivery, and the delivery people kept us in the loop and called when to expect them.

Outstanding!! Terry was so helpful in selecting the perfect platform beds for my daughters. The beds we chose were a very good price and Canadian made! Delivery was seamless with friendly and helpful staff. I cannot say enough out SleepFactory in Milton!

We had a great experience with buying our toddler's first mattress. We were helped right away and guided on what we needed for her. They delivered to our home not even an hour later. Then a couple hours later when we needed another item, they came after hours to drop it off. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable customer service. They really took the guesswork out of getting a new mattress. Were not interested in up selling me at all, and even worked out a price to help me get something a bit out of my price range. Highly recommend, ask for Terry or Jim, can't go wrong!

My Bed was arriving in 3 days. Home Depot had failed at even coming remotely close to delivering my bed frame on time. Walked in to Sleep Factory had my bed frame before my bed arrived. That’s how you do business.Thanks Terry.
