I have routinely been disappointed by the two North locations in Milton and Acton. Recently I had an issue with my empties at the downtown location by the curling rink. I offered what I thought was a reasonable solution. I was told that empties would be "averaged" in the future.
I'm not sure how any company would operate successfully averaging finances. I'm also not sure what happened to customer service. Being made to feel like a thief because they counted a few less cans than I did was ridiculous.
I'm also not sure what Beer they have in stock there. I've asked for certain NORMAL brands that "aren't carried here" without being offered alternatives, or being told how I can find out what products they carry there. So I don't buy beer there anymore.
This company used to be an efficient way to buy beer and recycle . Sadly most stores are now out of date and run by staff who have lost any connection to the community and the products they carry.
I'm starting to understand why the government is looking to diversify the sales of alcohol. It seems like Interbrew, Coors and Sapporo aren't investing any of their profits back to their Ontario Retail.

The beer is efficient for the people that can use it. If it is not that then you can go somewhere else. On behalf of someone else.

Good location. Very unexpected location but very nicely poised.
Huge parking space. Convenient to access
Location itself is huge with a large collection of domestic and international beer available. Clean and safe environment. Staff is good and helpful.

Returning empties to this store and was ripped off. The guy at the counter first gave me $3.20 for 120 cans, lol. I dont know what he's smoking but I want some. Then I finally got 11 bucks out of him. He still could not multiply 10 cent times 120!!!

I took back 2 carts of returns that were from a bottle drive .Got the first load suspended. When the clerk rang in the second load he forgot to reopen the receipt from the first load. He proceeded to add them together and it did not match up. I had to ask for both receipts 3 times. He knew he messed up when I came back . Complete headache.

My dad had the worse time at this beer store he brought in empty’s and theres a girl with short brunette hair she was severely rude and ripped off my dad definitely don’t bring you’re empty’s back to this location it’s a really bad experience

July 26/21 Update. I returned a cart full of empties today. As I have some difficulties walking and use a cane I was very pleased when an employee named Mike came out and offered to help me with the cart. Thanks Mike, it was greatly appreciated!!!
