I tried reaching two other storage providers before speaking to Storage Solutions. What a difference! I'm glad that the first two were unavailable and did not return my calls. Otherwise, I would never have met Glenn and Trevor. Glenn and Trevor provided superior attitude and service. Great pricing and super clean property and storage pods. I was so impressed I decided to rent a second storage unit.

Nice, clean and quick service. When I booked online all the large units sold out, i had to get a small one. Few days after I saw a large one available so I call them and they let me switch to a large unit with no hassle. Highly recommend

Not happy with Storage Solutions. They promised an over payment refund of almost $200 to me by e-transfer. Instead, they claim they sent the refund to a now-closed visa account which we have not used in months. They refuse to do anything about it, and have left it up to me to go "work" with the bank to try and find that money and get it back to us. They screwed up, but left me to pick up the pieces. They were all apologetic but would do nothing to correct the blatant mistake that their personnel caused. They are expensive and apologetic, but not helpful at all!

I have chosen Storage Solutions for storing my mom's belongings, and so glad I did. Glen helped with any concerns I had, they are very friendly and efficient as well as great price.
I would definitely recommend they're facility !

Clean, secure, and well maintained facility. We had our office furniture stored here for 3 years, and when it came time to empty the unit, the closeout process was a breeze. I would definitely store here again if the need arose.

These guys are on the ball. They do security checks on the locks and if anything is awry they are quick to let you know. I changed one of my locks and they called me to verify. Top notch service.

I would highly recommend Storage Solutions in Campbellville/Milton. Glenn and his team's customer service are impeccable and everyone has been very helpful. I especially love the jokes they post on their sign every week...the latest one read:
"The guy who invented Knock Knock jokes should get a No Bell Prize"

I’ve had a storage unit with Storage Solutions (Milton) for over 17 years. Their better than competitive pricing and amazing customer service makes it worth the drive to Campbellville from North Burlington. It’s only 20 minutes and it beats the 20+ minutes I often spend just trying to get across a Burlington. The staff are always ready to help whether it is a stiff door or unit change (smaller, larger etc.) I highly recommend Storage Solutions. I’ve checked out other ‘local’ storage options but they don’t even come close to the pricing at Storage Solutions!
