Return Scam, Disrespectful, Aggressive, and Overpriced - Stay Away!Their return policy is a scam—only 10 days with a hefty 20% restocking fee. The staff is disrespectful and aggressive, and to top it off, they're overpriced!The owner's (dumb Idiot) comment about wishing to close the front door for customers says it all. Who's stopping you from shutting it down? It's a disservice to customers and tarnishes the reputation of the entire brand.ALSO They said"We are not NAPA; we are associates. Who gives a damn if you using the NAPA name? You should adhere to NAPA's ethics and policies or remove NAPA from your store or warehouse whatever you call that place without signs .My recent visit to the Napa store Milton was nothing short of frustrating, prompting me to share my experience as a cautionary tale. Their business practices regarding returns and pricing are deeply concerning, with home made return policy and inflated prices. Despite attempting to return an item within 30 days not used, I was abruptly informed of a 10-day return policy, accompanied by a hefty 20% restocking fee. Seeking clarification only led to hostility from the manager/owner doesn't wana give name ( if scared to give names why even cause all this)It's evident that this Napa store operates with questionable ethics, scaming customers , swearing and telling them off who runs business like that ?I strongly advise do not give business to these crocks .There are tons of better auto busniesses such as halton parts and milton discount parts I would recommend for better cx service and pricing and avoid the hassle and disrespect from these idiots .

Worst place to get your vehicle products in Milton. Be aware of the return policy and their robbing customers. Worst case, will not drive a vehicle but won’t visit this place again.Guys need to improve customer satisfaction in order to be in business.

I don't recommend this place they robbing people i bought fan belt 23 June 23 that was wrong belt in mean time I lost my bank card I got my bank card in mail 11July 23 I was out of town for week 18 July I went to return it they said in 10 days you can return I explain them situation they don't listen don't go there that was my big mistake to go napa carqust parts have return policy in 45 days& part source parts have 90 days return policy

Over many years I had bought parts from Napa. Today is the last day! I don't recommend this Napa store to ANYONE as it is an Associate Store and not a CORPORATE STORE owned by Napa. These guys are giving Napa a bad name! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NAPA in Milton. Worst customer service experience ever!

Hello Napa,I had purchase a set of front brakes for my 2015 Dodge Caravan last week at one of your stores in Ontario. The location address is at "625 Main St E, Milton, Ontario.The reason i am returning the product is because I bought the wrong set. It should of been for a "dual piston vehicle" and not a "single piston". With that said, I no longer require them as I had my brakes serviced at the mechanic shop yesterday.I am writing this email due to how I was being treated unfairly and disrespectful at the store in Milton. The retailer at the store would not give me a refund and had said "we do not want it back as we already got 1 in stock, due to the pandemic all sales are final" and he suggested me to go sell the set of front brakes online?What kind of customer service is this? Very unprofessional customer service, came in to buy a product and was asking questions to clarify on my part, was told by an employee “I was over-asking”, this individual kept showing me attitude throughout. Not a great way to retain customers.. good luck.

These guys are awesome. I work for a VW store but we call these fella's for anything non VW and they are always on the money! Great staff, great service!
