I wanted to transfer my prescription to them, and they refused, telling me "You are not our client." Exactly!!!!!! That is why I planned to transfer my prescription; to become your client!... But not anymore, I guess. Quite perplexing.

I switched over from the Shoppers Drug Mart on Kennedy Circle as I was tired of their horrible service and lack of caring.One year later I am still so very happy that I found Hawthorne Pharmacy. The entire team is so helpful, attentive, caring and kind. They really go above & beyond in service & satisfaction.

I’ve been dealing with the Hawthorne pharmacy team for a few years now and find them incredibly patient and practice Great customer service. It might be a small store but it’s a big friendly team, and special call out to Michelle and Daniel.

We switched from a giant pharmaceutical retail chain to Hawthorne a few years ago. Hawthorne's service has been impeccable. The staff here are so knowledgeable and helpful. The staff will deal with your insurance provider or physician first had to iron out any issues or problems respecting your prescriptions. They always call when my prescription needs refilling. Super good people, super good service that the big box stores won’t give you, and highly competent. I recommend Hawthorne Pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened. I credit the owner Faisel for being a huge contributor to saving my life when he helped me through some very difficult times. He was there as a medical professional and a friend. His knowledge and subsequently the knowledge of his staff is like non/other. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I honestly, have trusted these ppl with my life. I am a Grateful and loyal customer for life.
