The service here is hard to beat. They’re quick and efficient. Steve goes the extra mile to check that you know how and when to take meds. He’s friendly and happy to assist customers. I’ve gone here for decades. They’ve earned my loyalty.

The service here is always prompt and accurate. Steve will always take the time to talk to you about the best way to take medication. I've run out of meds and had Steve stay late or help me get things figured out. Steve has spoken directly with my doctor to assist when their was confusion. Service is above and beyond.

Getting your prescriptions is easy and reliable, but the shelves are completely empty so if you need anything else you will have to go to Peterborough. I was hoping to find Green Beaver products there, or Burt’s Bees, or anything really, but they only had a few bottles of mouthwash, toothpaste, and vitamins. The store looks like it’s closing, but it’s been like that for years, unfortunately it’s just a waste of space.

Today they gave me the wrong dose of medication. When I called I said maybe the pharmacist should open the bottle to make sure the correct medicine is in the vial and the girl that answered the phone said I wasn't the first person to say that. When I went to the store to exchange the wrong tablet for the correct dose the pharmacist sat in a chair in the corner and made no effort to come talk to me. I asked a valid question and instead of giving me the courtesy of a serious response the Pharmacist on duty and the girl who served me were rude. I asked if the DIN (drug identification number)on the stock bottle is checked to make sure it matches the DIN on the paperwork the girl shrugged and said thats the pharmacist's job. I said I understand the final check is done by the Pharmacist but the filler should check as well that way theres a double check and she walked away and said talk to steve he did it. The pharmacist after hearing this interaction still made no effort to come over to me and just repeated Steve did it so talk to him. It wasnt until I said I worked in a pharmacy for over 20 years and I know that the person filling should be checking what they are filling that the pharmacist leaned over still in his chair and started to say they check. I reminded him that the girl just shrugged at me and said it was up to the pharmacist so it sounds like the filler doesnt check and I left very upset. Maybe if they had just given me some courtesy and actually answered my question, and were willing to discuss what happened, as representatives of the pharmacy i might not be writing this review.

Always great!Hours are a bit hard to work around with my families schedule but the service is what makes it worth it.**editing my previous review of 4 stars to 5!I’ve never had a pharmacist look out for my well-being and be so proactive. Thank you so much Steve.!

The ladies who work at this pharmacy have really poor customer service skills. I only come here out of convenience but I absolutely detest having to call over the phone or go in. It's as if your call is a bother. It's a real turn off. The pharmacist however is really friendly and helpful that is the only positive.

I really wish I could support this small town pharmacy. The owner is nothing short of amazing. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, however the ladies in the pharmacy have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. There is one woman in particular who is extremely rude and condescending. If you call to fill a prescription it’s as though you are an inconvenience, she is short, and sarcastic. I’ve been treated like an incompetent child when I ask questions about my prescriptions.Working in a pharmacy, I would think would require a certain level of compassion and customer service. Both of which this person severely lacks.Therefore, I will no longer be using this pharmacy for those reasons.No one deserves to be spoken to like that.
