White bits were around the frozen Yoghurt. The server was unable to tell me what they were in English.Which was a language barrier unfortunately.Perhaps the company should have a list of what products are in English and French, just a thought?

Left a message with Alvin 3 days ago, no call back, and I haven't been able to reach reception since. Anytime I go and enter my phone number for points, have registered multiple times as per the text I get, yet my account is not registered and i am not collecting/can't use points. Terrible customer service.

This is their corporate office location, I am visiting them today for a meeting, cannot elaborate anymore. Very friendly people, great atmosphere, can understand why they are so successful.
