Terrible experience dealing with Charlie. I transferred the money to book Winter Tire in October and chased him for over 1 month to book an appointment. When i finally got the appointment, on the day of the appointment an hour before the allotted time he said he will not be able to change that day due to personal reasons. When i asked this is not working, he offered to return the money and then again i had to chase him for 4 days to get my money back. Multiple Followups on texts and calls. I would not recommend doing business with him. He will not pick up your calls and not respond back on time. Extremely frustrating experience.

Don't waste your time. If I made an appointment to get winter tires on and showed up on time. Charlie was not even there. The shop looked questionable, tiny, disorganized with no place to park. I tried calling Charlie and he didnt pick up. He returned my call 40 minutes late and ask for me to return back. What a joke.

I purchased winter tires back in June and I'm trying to receive them. Communication between customer and shop isn't great. I've been told a couple times they would drop it off and waited at the house, but they never showed. Now I'm trying to just pick them up myself and I've been ghosted for several days. They already took half of my payment. I just want the tires I paid for ....Edit: I have still not received the tires and he did not show up for a third time with 0 notice of not coming or being late. I have now indicated I will involve my credit card company and he is more responsiveEditing from 2 stars to 4. Have received my tires now. Unbeatable price. Lack of communication was due to personal matter, understandable

Charlie is the man to go to for tires, rims and storage. He's unmatched in knowledge about tires and the perfect fitment for rims, he gives the best price possible and his post purchase service is second to none. He made my experience so quick and easy. I don’t typically write reviews but Charlie has been my go to tire swap guy for 5 years since I got my Model 3. Always takes the time to explain everything and is knowledgeable. With experience to properly jack Tesla’s. If you’re looking for someone who can give you peace of mind and will get it done right, give him a call.

Even though Charlie was not able to repair my tire I wanted to let people know what exceptional service I received. I spoke with him yesterday afternoon and he came to my office today to see of my tire could be repaired.

I went to Tire Tactics for my winter tires and installation. The staff was very professional and very knowledgeable. Charlie did his very best to find a great price for me! I will be back in the spring to purchase my all season tires. I would definitely recommend Tire Tactics to my family and friends.

Amazing service and quality. They told me to drop my winter tires and rims off for my SQ5 so they can have them put together before I came to put them on. Dropped the rims and tires by morning and they were able to put them on the same day in the afternoon. I was in and out in 10 mins! Car is running smoothly and not a single scratch on the brand new rims. Also offered me great advice on how to store my tires during the winter. These guys know what they are doing and would highly recommend.

Charlie definitely deserves more than a 5 star. He's very knowledgeable and very honest. I was recommended by a friend of mine to come install tires and definitely did not disappoint at all! Charlie definitely knows what he's doing and not only that he knows HOW to do it properly! I would definitely recommend ANYONE to come do their tire installation here! I will definitely come back more often!

Very unorganized. I was looking to change my winter tires. Went there at least 3-4 times (one of which I stayed there for 4 hours because the guy was busy helping another client out EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT BEFOREHAND). Asked for a refund at the end because they couldn't find the right tires. Waste of my time.

Best tire spot in the city. Charlie is very professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. I've had two cars with winters purchased and installed by him and it was a breeze. He is very accommodating and overall a great guy.
