My wife and I love our renovated kitchen. The T-ROC team members that worked on our kitchen did a great job. Most were highly skilled, efficient and took pride in their work.
High praise to Johsua, who did an excellent job installing/assembling our kitchen cabinets, pantry, island, drawer rollouts, built-in microwave shelf and the revolving corner shelf.
Mark the plumber always does great work. He connected the sink, re-routed some pipes and hooked up the dishwasher.
The electrical team installed LED lights on the ceiling and under the upper cabinets. They installed electrical outlets on the walls and on the island.
Mehmet did an excellent job of painting the kitchen and completing the finishing touches.
William did a good job of managing the project. He was responsive to questions and was focused on client satisfaction.
However, there were challenges during the renovation. First, the final cost was over 10% higher than the quote. This was due to a failure to identify several costs. Secondly, measuring and design errors resulted in half of the cabinets that were delivered having to be exchanged. Consequently, the kitchen's completion took a week longer than expected. These challenges were stressful for us and disrupted our schedules. We received no compensation and it was disappointing to be told "these things happen."
If you choose T-ROC, the workmanship is good, but the resolution of challenges may not be to your liking.

From day one meeting with David to the end of the completion of the main floor renovation they were very professional and organized. The staff did an amazing job with the full renovation. David stayed on budget with the Reno. Would highly recommend them for any household renovation.

I hired TROC to do a full basement renovation. Tearing down the old walls, built a bathroom & changed the water heater. They were able to get started on the job quickly, they built everything with techniques and materials that resulted in a great quality. What I liked the most about TROC is how they were able to solve any problem and make the most out of the space I had available.Services: Install flooring

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave regarding an incredibly demanding request. Despite living in the Netherlands, I needed my vanities replaced within a mere two days in my North York condo. All communication was conducted remotely, yet Dave and his team demonstrated remarkable flexibility and reasonableness. We hired TROC to install shelves in various rooms in our house and to re-seal the bathrooms (as the silicone was coming off). There were some key attributes that I really appreciated from this company: 1. Communication: Provided a clear and detailed quote Their timelines and arrival times were clear and communicated ahead of time Ron was always available if I had any questions 2. Quality of work The work was very well done Surfaces were protected They cleaned up well after 3. Staff These were the nicest bunch of people I've ever had work for me. I oringally hesitated to contact The Renovators of Canada because our job seemed a little too small. We just wanted to remove the stucco from our ceiling and install potlights throughout the main floor. But I was wrong. TROC treated us like we were their most important customer. The communication throughout was amazing. They began on time, kept us informed about the progress each day and what would happen the next day, finished a couple of days ahead of schedule and came in under budget. They were completely professional, very curteous and very considerate of us as they worked. I would absolutely use The Renovators of Canada again.

We had a really wonderful experience working with Perry, Cam and Rodney. They were very honest and found another way to do the job which resulted in being under budget. The quality of their work was clean and professional. Communication was clear, consistent and accessible. Everything was done professionally, with clear agreements, invoicing and reporting (using a great app). We experienced a slight delay at one point, but even that was due to an extenuating circumstance, and there was always communication. The team cleaned the house quite well on the way out and were respectful of our home and daily routine. Strongly recommend this team for any home project.Services: Repair water fixtures

Hired T-Roc to convert a basement to a legal unit. Plus removing a load baring wall on the main floor. A rather large project. I got quote from 20 contractors and chose T-Roc to do the job. In my first interaction, Perry impressed me with his personality and with work ethics. It turned out not only he is a genuine person, but also the work quality was great. Highly recommend.
