On June 4, 2024, my husband and I (both seniors), were at the HD 3155 Hwy 7 to buy the Sherwood/Hampton Gazebo. The staff were extremely helpful in locating the gazebo box and using a lift to bring it onto the buggy & into our car. I was especially impressed with the cahier, ASHISH, who took care of my sale with patience (despite that the cash computer was not cooperating). He didn't stop there, he helped JAVIER & ADEBAYO in dismantling the box so that it could fit into the car. Was not an easy task, but all 3 did it with a smile & cooperation. Finally, my husband tried to tip each one of them and all 3 declined, saying its company policy not to accept tips. I enjoyed my experience yesterday & the value which was on sale. I trust these boys who showed respect for seniors like us are acknowledged for their fine attitude. Thank you. Sakina Virjee

I like shopping here because the staff is very friendly. The store is very clean and organized, and the shelves are always full. It's also nice to get a free sample here and there. Last week, we got a sample of WD40 rust protection. I love the garden centre (it's almost garden time ?.

I rented an AttiCat for attic insulation from this store, the machine did not do the job well, not only very slow but also blow the fiberglass out to every opening of machine. The store manager Chris did not accept my explanation and insisted that the issue is associated with the insulation not bought from them, but somewhere else. I have done many attic insulations, never had this problem before. The manager did not show respect for customers, I will not go to this store as long as possible. I changed my impression on Home Depot since this time.

Multiple times they’ve messed up my online orders. Packaging incorrect itemsAlso multiple times where my online order is cancelled a week later because they could not get the products. Havent had this happen at any other homedepot

Very dissatisfied and disappointed for this week sale from HD. There is a 2-pack Step Stools 8.5" and 12.5" on flyers, but all HD location dont have that, instead of 2 x 8.5" stools.If YOU DONT HAVE IT, DONT POSTED FOR SALE.Disrespect the customers.

Went to purchase a washing machine. Recently got a home depot credit card being promised an extra $100 off on a purchase over $1000 bucks and was clear in writing. Furthermore, at one of the Home Depots a 50 dollar discount on delivery was arranged. At this home depot the (seemingly of south asian descent) older man in appliances was willing to give a $50 discount but then said he could not also apply my $100 discount that I got my credit card for. The manager Megan came and simply rudely told me she wouldn’t do it. I know that I should have gotten it because at another home depot location and people I haven’t even spoke to before did it no questions asked (and were surprised about the behaviour of the staff at this location). At the same location, I had a question for one of the staff and she gave me simply inaccurate and blatantly wrong information. Almost got taken advantage of here out of my money and would not recommend this location due to the poor staff who are rude and seem to not know what they are doing.
