In and out with over the counter meds.
No interaction with the pharmacist, nor post office. Nothing wrong, nothing expected. Appears to have few staff.
No issues. Simple transaction.
Lots of parking.

This pharmacist Bindu is racist and super mean. I went to few pharmacies and told them I got pinky eye from COVID and other pharmacists were nice and told me the eye drops were out of stock. So I came here and this Bindu person said I shouldn’t be here if I get covid even I wear a mask and keep distance from others

I go here because sometimes it is convenient but lately I've had way too many issues with opened products. I bought a sunscreen here a few days ago and got home to find it like this inside (the fingerprints aren't mine and it was not sealed). I know it's not the employees' fault, they're doing their best but this place is ridiculously understaffed and the people in this area are heathens. I won't be shopping here for anything other than medications from now on. The one thing that saves it from a one star is that the employees are always kind to me.

Please check the prescriptions and if you have insurance please check how much you're being charged. I had to get a free tube but they charged on my insurance instead of giving my free tube.

Pharmacist Bindu made me wait 75 minutes for a walk-in vaccine, then left for the day while I was pacing the store waiting for her to attend to me. The other pharmacist Jennifer was pleasant and apologized for delays but you should go elsewhere if you can. Bindu was terrible. She was a minus 20 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 but Jennifer helped rescue the experience.

It seems that a lot of part-time pharmacists work at this store. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Pharmacy is very slow, even though I called each time prior pick up never ready for pick up, I had to wait another 10 to 20 min.

Unorganized. This one factor leads to so many underserved areas of pharmaceutical needs for patients. If you're reading this make sure you have a second choice for a pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star - I would. I left Shoppers because their customer service was terrible at the pharmacy. This pharmacy is even worse - prescriptions are rarely ever correct - leave you on hold for an extended period of time - then hang up…I can understand making a mistake once - but continuously making mistakes is not acceptable.Not once have they ever apologized for their continued incompetence…I will be leaving this pharmacy. I suggest you do the same.

I am very pleased with the rapidity with which I was able to receive my Covid vaccine today at this pharmacy. As a walk in with no appointment I thought there might be a wait time or the suggestion made that I book an appointment but such was not the case.Bindu the pharmacist was pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable in answering my questions, offered me a choice of vaccine options, was skilled in the application of injections and had me through the vaccination process in no time.Thank you Rexall Pharmacy for providing such great health care!

Pharmacy always has reallyyyy slow service and never call/notify when my prescription is ready to be picked up. Got home and opened up the bag to discover she only gave me one of the 3 medications I was there to pick up.

very bad service provided by Julia at Canada post , on September 6 at 11:30 am , I had to send a letter to international destination and writing address while she said she had to go to other departments to work and can't wait anymore
