What a terrible experience and bad attitude. When I bought something, everyone smiled happily. When I returned some of the items, their attitude was super bad. It was the same invoice, but they told you that you can't return it because the items were not on the invoice. You also need to check the monitoring. Isn’t this a personal attack? Customers have to pay for your fault. Your attitude is still so bad.

Really bad experience. Went to return the shoes and the lady at the counter started arguing with us that shoes were worn u guys should wear on clean floor. Such a bad experience. She sounded very arrogant. Think before going there. I will not anymore. Her name was Jules.

Light haired white guy employee is not all there mentally. I think there is something really wrong with him. He couldn’t understand what sizes we wanted, how inept can you be for something so simple?

Didn't catch his name but the 4 eye Indian n*** supervisor was insanely incompetent and got scared he threaten to call security on me when he literally tells me to come check the screen so as I get close he got scared and got emotional and dramatic and telling me to leave and he was calling security. He's incompetent and immature to be a supervisor. Corporate need to fire him. Literally needs to call security to handle all his issues because he can't handle them himself in a respectful mature manner. He also refused me service and didn't refund my backpack.

I bought a shoe at Nike store Markville my first every purchase totally disappointed by the service (Keneeth) when I went to return and get refund the guy says it should be not worn so they cannot refund and he said we can exchange to other shoe.But now after 2 weeks when I tried to exchange he is saying it should be unworn even it is exchange to other shoe - This is a totally disappointed for the first time purchase.It's better to set up a board at front clearly mention that after purchase no exchange or refund because the guy who explained me wasn't clearly answering about their policy.I had a value for this brand but seriously if you've given this type of service. I can never imagine it's Nikes service totally upset.
