They never shipped my item. Lied many times saying it was shipped gave inconsistent dates when asked when it was shipped first they said the 14th then they said the 15th. Then they said they shipped by a third party and then Canada Post will receive it and the tracking will update. This makes no sense I paid for shipping by Canada Post not a third party. Secondly that doesn't make any sense because the shipping method I selected covers from point a to point b so using a third party middleman between that service would be an extra cost for the company for no reason just another excuse they're trying to make to save their butts. Don't be sorry be better there is no need to lie to customer.

I have purchased items sporadically for the last few years and each time they are shipped on the same day.Yesterday before 11am I ordered ATG refills and they have already arrived at my door.Would recommend shopping with NHS without any reservations.
