We are very happy with the renovations done by Master Edge Homes. They were able to complete the renovations in 3 months as agreed upon. Staff were very professional; they returned communications quickly. The tradespeople were efficient, on time, and kept the site clean. Bi-weekly meetings enabled us to see the progress and provided further updates. When difficulties arose, the team was able to problem solve quickly. The designer, Caneisha Edwards, coordinated appointments at vendors and provided ideas within our budget. From the initial meeting with Dwayne Butler through the planning process to its completion, this was a smooth process.

Wanted Open Space Concept For Our Main Floor. We Had 5 Walls Knocked Out To Open Up & Provide More Natural Light. Our Kitchen Wall Was Knocked Out, Along With Our Dining Room Walls. Our Front Door Entrance Wall Was Knocked Out & Replaced With a Half Wall In Which We Absolutely Love. Dwayne & His Team Were Incredible From Our Very First Conversation Up Until The Completion Of Our Project. We Had an Idea Of What We Wanted & The Master Edge Homes Team Made it a Reality. We Couldn't Be Happier. Everything Was Delivered On Time & Within Our Budget. We Look Forward To Having Future Projects With Master Edge Homes.

The Master Edge team was a pleasure to work with. Every person who came into our house was courteous and respectful. The process was smooth, we stayed within budget and had all of our questions and concerns addressed. The design process was low-stress (and actually fun!) and we are thrilled with the final product. We've heard a lot of renovation horror stories, but despite the expected Covid struggles, this was a really great experience. We would absolutely hire Master Edge again for a future project.

We retained Master Edge Homes to do a whole home renovation in 2018. During the contractor selection process, Dwayne’s open and honest approach instilled trust and confidence in us immediately. He really took the worry of a big renovation off our shoulders, handing the details, scheduling and managing things smoothly. Even when the inevitable surprises arose (e.g. original builder had not installed a load bearing beam, material delays, we added additional work, etc), the project finished under budget and within a week of the scheduled completion date. We absolutely love our renovation. People who see it comment on the quality of the work that was done.Dwayne’s commitment didn’t end with the job. He continues to stand behind his work, even after the renovation is done. We had a faulty drain and some water damage, he took care of it. We will be calling Master Edge for any future work and have no reservations referring him to our close friends and family.

Dwayne at Master Edge Homes, on a recommendation from Renomark, has been a guest speaker to several groups at George Brown college, about the industry and how they do business. He has given generously of his time, despite busy schedules and has given back to the community tremendously by sharing of his knowledge and experience. We are so very satisfied with Master Edge Homes. Every single person who entered our home during this renovation journey demonstrated the greatest respect and compassion. We felt that they truly cared for our home and made sure that the experience was seamless. If there were any minor problems, Matthew, project manager, was on it PRONTO. Problem solving is his gift. All of the crew members worked diligently and passionately. The end product is simply stunning. The icing on the cake is the clean up crew who comes in at the very end of the journey to provide a thorough cleaning that makes your home shine even brighter. Thank you for making this experience a truly FANTASTIC one.
