We went there today for an emergency service for our Grand Cherokee. The service rep was extremely rude. He had such an arrogant attitude and was completely un helpful. I don’t remember his name. We had no issues with asking us to come back or get an appointment. The way he spoke to me and my partner was extremely rude. I would ask you to stay away from this dealership as it has been my worst experience. When my partner asked us to go to another place they happily said yes you should go. This is the worst the worst. I can’t believe that they hire staff who can be so damn rude for absolutely no reason! Stay away!

This dealers used car manager Christopher contacted me about a Ram 1500 that I had listed on Kijiji Auto and wanted to purchase it for his used car lot. Now knowing my asking price he told me at the time that he would get back to me with his offer in 10 mins. I waited 2 hours and no return call so I left him a text message asking why he stiffed me only to be told that I am wasting my time trying to sell my vehicle. I am 64 yrs old and have bought and sold dozens of new vehicles but have never been disrespected like this in my lifetime. Remember he contacted me only to insult me so imagine how he or they feel about their customers. Please do yourself a favour and skip past this dealer and go to some people who care.
