It has been our pleasure to work with Rob and his team through two major renovations to our home. First, in 2020, Great Spaces totally renovated two bathrooms on our second floor and built a completely new bathroom in our basement. Just recently, we completed a total rebuild of our kitchen.
Throughout both projects the Great Spaces team worked professionally to complete the work on-time and on-budget. We have been more than pleased with the quality of the work that each tradesperson has provided.
Rob oversees the project from start to finish. He provides excellent advice, estimates the cost of the project, travels to the various suppliers to help make selections, oversees the suppliers and tradespeople and, assumes full responsibility for the quality of the finished project.
We have more than pleased with quality of our renovations and with the honest, straight-forward approach that Rob brings to all aspects of the process.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Great Spaces for any and all renovation and new construction projects.

We used Rob and his team on several projects, all was completed on time and the out come was more than what we expected. If their was any unexpected problem that occurred or concerns, Rob was there to answer the questions or found an alternated solution.

We had Rob and his company Great Spaces do a renovation of our outdated condo. The team was professional and courteous. Rob was there to assist us with design details and making sure he looked after all requirements of a condo reno.
He was never more than a call away to counsel with product selection. His team worked hard to complete the work on time to ensure minimum disruption. We now live in a bright functional updated condo, with a kitchen that we absolutely adore!! The response from other condo owners has been overwhelming positive.
We would give Rob and his company a 10 and highly recommend him for your project!

Rob and his team were wonderful to work with through the renovation of our entire main floor. From concept to completion, every detail was managed with great care and communication. Great Spaces planned out our renovation in stages so that we could continue to live comfortably in our home while the work was completed. All doorways were meticulously taped off as to limit construction dust from entering our other living spaces, employees always took great care to respect our home and our family, and Rob communicated with us all the way through the process. Construction was on schedule, on budget, and left us with a living space even better than we imagined. If you’re looking to have a home project completed, absolutely consider using Great Spaces.

We absolutely love our new basement. It looks exactly how I envisioned. State of the art gym, cozy family room and bedroom oasis. Plus everyone who worked on the project was incredibly nice. I would highly recommend this company if you want to do a reno.

Met Rob (Great Spaces) through a family referral and also read a lot of very possitive comments on the work they have done over the last 20+ years. My wife and I wanted a quote on our basemenet renovation project...out of all the contractors, Rob was the most professional but down to earth...an absolute pleasure to deal with, easy to reach and always follows up. Moving onto the basement reno itself, Rob and his team really helped with the layout, material ideas and advised a timeline of how long it would take and that is how long the reno took. Price was far and time for the reno was as well, he wasn't the highest nor the cheapest but all his work was up to spec./ceritified and that's what we wanted. About his team, I can't say enough about Rob, his team and the other certified contractors he brought in for parts of the reno...all very friendly and very accommodating when we made some last minute changes. Also they were very clean, laid down sheets so they didn't track any dirt in the house and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each night. I, without a shadow of a doubt, would recommend Rob and Great Spaces for anyone considering doing a home renovation. I will definitely call back Great Spaces (Rob) for our next home renovation. Thx for the great work...much appreciated! :)

Rob and his team at Great Spaces couldn’t have been better. Professional, courteous, and did a quality job. On time! 1.5 weeks for a full bathroom renovation! They were very accommodating - while renovating our main bath, they made sure the tub, shower and toilet were available for us ASAP since it’s our only full bath. Our vanity was delayed and as soon as it showed up, Rob rescheduled the tradespeople to come right away to install it and finish the job. Not only have I recommended Great Spaces already to friends and family but we are moving forward with them to do further renovations to the rest of the house because of this Great experience.

I think the most telling thing that I can say about Great Spaces is that I am a repeat customer. Rob and his team have completed multiple basement renovations for my family over the past 20 years, and we trusted Rob over 3 other contractors to tackle a challenging century home renovation. From working with engineers and cabinet makers, the permit office and inspectors, Rob plans the work meticulously. There were no delays and no surprises that Rob and team couldn't handle (and believe me century homes are full of surprises). I would happily recommend Great Spaces to anyone looking to make changes to their home. The crew felt like family and were always respectful of our time and our home.
