I was thinking not to give review about this TIMS but when read customers reviews and thought i should say something like others i went yesterday on this Tims drive through and there were a young guy was very rude to me i ordered tea and bagel he just handover me my tea said nothing and close the window and after two mints i ask him very nicely i think u forgot my bagel he replied me very angryly and after waiting 5mints he gave me bagel like i am asking for free food and gave me a angry look. Even the bagel was not warm For these type of people we should take bold step and complaint to there supervisors or managment so the company or branch teach them how to behave with customers.

I would like to express my disappointing experience at this Tim Horton location.I like coming to this Tim Horton because of the friendly customer service. However today was not the same anymore.I walked into this Tim Horton; there was a staff member (young female) standing by the cash counter. She just stood there staring at me, waiting for me to approach the cash counter. She did not say anything when I approached the cash counter (No greetings, No “Hello, how are you? How can I help?”).I ordered a tea. The female staff member said “so how would you like to pay?” But there was one important thing she did not say: the total amount of the order.I said: “by cash please.”She then gave me back the change of the order by putting the change on the counter.But again she forgot to say one important phrase at the end of the order; “Thank you”.To say simple greetings such as “Hello”, “Please” and “Thank you” are not only the basic greetings for customer service, but it is also to show how educated you are.Unfortunately this was not the case at this Tim Horton location. I feel quite disappointed by this experience. ☹️

Me and my good friend were dying of thirst and all we needed was water. Not one dime in my pocket me and my friend went to the counter and said “ hey can we get two little cups of sink water “ assuming it’s free, turns out it’s 15 cents a pop. Me and my friend left hopeless no water, nowhere to go.

The guy who served us was snorting snot back down his throat from his nose and chewing on it. We were sooo grossed out!!!! It was so hard to stand there and not laugh!!! ??? But seriously, so gross and not cool! ?? ?

Pathetic staff. specially this south indian dark skin girl with so rude and irritating tone. I think her family was living on roads so she speaks like that. have your manners fixed otherwise not everyone will ignore you as my brother did today. I never seen him that mad before when he came back after picking the order from this tim.

I usually don’t write reviews but today i felt so bad for one delivery guy when i was with my family having some coffee. As he entered the store and staff was so rude to him. The lady was mad already because i heard her yelling at other employees and then she stared yelling at the delivery person. This is not how you treat someone. Management should watch over the staff’s behaviour and tell them to be more professional at work.
