It has been a long time I stopped going here because their customer service is horrible. However since it’s close to home I needed antibiotics for my 4 year old. I called to check if they have amoxicillin. They said they will give me but will charge me $25+. I wonder if it’s even legal to charge for amoxicillin for children. The reason why they charge is because it has been back ordered and they are one of a few pharmacies that have it in stock. Luckily I found it elsewhere for free!! This is total scam!! I think I’m going to report this for sure.

Edit is long over due:
I was contacted by the one of the pharmacists and she has advised they will speak to the staff regarding how they handle multiple customers....when management follows up that's when you know you have a great place to take your business.
December 2021:
Been going there for years and in most cases there attentive to who came first and serve the customers accordingly....today was very different, I was passed over by this young girl who could care less who was first. Even one of the other customers noticed this.
I got to the counter and told her politely that she had passed over me twice. She gave me 2 separate excuses but not one apology or appear to care!!
Guardian maple pharmacy if you can't train your young people to be attentive and conscientious what does that say about my prescriptions being filled or assisting. Will they Care then?? Not a happy customer ?

The worst customer service ever!!! I walked in and there was a girl at the entrance who never acknowledged me. Then I went to the counter to get my mum’s prescription and again no one looked up. So I waited and waited until another customer came and a girl walked by and said “be with you in a moment”. I didn’t realize she was talking to the man who came after me. Then she came and asked for his prescription. I lost my mind!!! Told her if she didn’t see me as I was here before him. She blatantly lied and said I asked who was next??? What kind of customer service is being taught??? Do they not get any training on how to treat customers??? As my mum’s prescription is.tied to this store I go in otherwise I would never step into this pharmacy!!!! Such rude behaviour and horrible customer service!

came to pickup prescription after getting my wisdom teeth out, there were 4 pharmacists there and they were just strolling around and not filling any medication.. my mouth was in pain and bleeding and i had to ask them to hurry up and they had horrible attitudes. the checkout lady was nice and understood that my mouth was literally dripping blood...

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. Maple Guardian is the absolute worst pharmacy here in Maple and should be avoided. After my visit to the hospital, I came to pick up my prescription. The time I entered the pharmacy was 3:45pm and the centre was closing at 4pm. I can fully understand that it takes time to fill a perception but the service was terrible. Upon leaving a cashier named Nicole, grabbed the medication out of my hand, cashed me out then threw my pills back to me. I was freaking livid. When I asked her what her issue was...she replied 'it's 4pm and we're closing, thats why'....umm...like are you serious? That's how you act towards a customer? Trying to complain to a manager is a joke. I had the phone hung upon me twice. What the heck kind of a place is this? Literally, get the proper training for ALL your staff members and start over again because they're a joke.

Terrible Service. Because of them I had to go on my vacation without my prescription drugs. Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs.I have come here initially because they had my prescription drug in inventory. And when I needed a re-fill I called 5 days prior. They ignored it and faxed my doctor for confirmation three days late. When I walked in and explained the situation to their pharmacist (Marta) she was very uncooperative and pretty much said there was nothing she could do. Stay away from this pharmacy.

Very long waiting time. Weak response. A lot of staffs just walking around but inefficiently. I don't recommend this pharmacy. Try the Shoppers Drug Mart store just on the other side of the street.
