We are so happy with our purchase. No one was able to of would help us. Ziad called us and said he could help. We had lost hope of getting another vehicle until he made thd call to us. Ziad went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we are thankful to him for this. I HIGHLY recommend That Car Place. We will for sure be recommending this place to anyone that's wants to buy a vehicle. Very easy and smooth transaction once we found the vehicle. That Car Place is the best in Canada. I bought all my family cars from this absolutely amazing Car Place. Zsolt is an amazing professional sales and finance manager. He was very helpful during the purchase process and guided us through the financing of our last purchase. With his energetic actions and courtesy, he makes the car transfer process very fast and easy.

Zsolt was such a great help! He explained every step of the way and was clear in his statements. Zsolt went as far as to show up outside of working hours to allow me to pick up my car! He provided great service and amazing customer support. That Car Place has earned themselves a loyal customer!

After along, difficult search for a vehicle that would meet my needs and budget, I ended up at That Car Place feeling hopeless. That was until I met Szolt who instantly had ideas about how he could help me. Although I liked some of the vehicles on the lot, I was looking for something specific that would meet accessibility needs and in the right size. Szolt assisted me through the purchase, pick up and financing of a private sale vehicle that I absolutely love. He answered all my questions and helped me beyond my expectations. I had been searching for months and had some difficult and unhelpful experiences at several other dealerships and used car lots. So I am so thankful that I was able to find what I needed, in my price range. I couldn’t imagine anything better and I will always be a customer!

If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend That Car Place. I looked at multiple lots - new and used, before I came across this one. From start to finish, Joe was beyond helpful. He was very patient with all of my inquiries and very informative. As soon as I seen the car I got - my heart was set on it, and he knew that too. He went above and beyond to do everything he could on his end to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted. As a salesperson, he wasn’t just trying to SELL me on any car, he did everything to make it a smooth sale and to ensure I was happy. Sales people were good, was happy with vehicle purchase initially. We got the 4 star warranty. Almost a year after buying car the steering started clunking and we needed brakes done. Took it in to be looked at, was told that clunking was related to the brakes and that neither the desk person or mechanic heard any clunking in the steering. Drive home we still had clunking on turns...Called warranty people and then took it to a different mechanic (under same warranty coverage plan they sold us) and now we are getting struts, tie rods and arms replaced under warranty. They like to showcase that they have their own on site mechanic staff when selling a vehicle and even make a point to introduce you to them, but they were unable to diagnose a common repair when we needed them using the coverage we purchased. Was also really hard to get repair staff on the phone. Probably wouldn't purchase from again or recommend based on the after purchase experience.

I dealt with Zsolt at That Car Place, bought a 6 year old car. Zsolt insisted I buy the extended warranty on the vehicle even though I didn't feel the need. Skip to 6 months of owning the car and it's overheating, I take it to That Auto Repair Place and they tell me it's my coolant thermostat, and if I had gotten the 4 star warranty it would have been covered - unfortunately I had only gotten the 3 star. Feeling something was off I took it to my mechanic who discovers the thermostat had been tampered with previously and sealed with caulking as a cheap fix to stop multiple coolant leaks by whoever didn't want to cover the cost of replacing the part. I purchased a newer vehicle to avoid large repairs such as this and was sold a warranty to mitigate any risks, multiple ignored messages to Zsolt and $1700 later my car is fixed. Definitely will not be buying here again. Would recommend anyone else looking to purchase here do so with extreme caution.

Wonderful experience buying my car here. Not only did listen to my needs and price range. Before I arrived they had sent me a list of cars that fit and had everything ready for me. I bought my car that first visit. I had been looking at another dealership for 2 weeks. Found a car I liked and when I was ready to buy they increased the price of the car by $5000 stating they quoted me the wrong price. After that horrible experience it was refreshing to be treated so well at That Car Place. I would recommend them 100%
