Went to the Roger's at 3039 wonderland RD S in London and enjoyed great service from the sales representative Lex. Highly recommend quick service, friendly and his attention to my needs.

A month go I went to change my plans from rogers to fido for my son and I and Lex made the whole process seem less. Lex knew what he was doing and time seem like nothing. If I could rate him 10 I absolutely would such an exceptional worker.

We came in a month ago to get our phones changed over to fido and got help from the strapping young man Lex and he was just an absolute delight.he was very knowledgeable about all the plans and phones. His manager amber was also very friendly helped even though she didn't need to they went above a d beyond and I will go back to this nice clean and friendly environment everytime.

I was happy with rogers. I got a veteran discount then they decided to change it and increase the price. I called as I have plans available to me at a cheaper price offering me more and they wouldn't do anything. I'm switching services and filing a complaint with the crtc

We recently moved to the area and needed to switch over our wireless service and set up internet. I walked in with a mission. Lex was there to greet me at the door. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Although the overall process took a bit,( I had to return to work from lunch and came back to complete set up) Lex explained the plans and process fully and completed what he could before I returned. He was entertaining and enjoyable to be around. I would work with Lex again if needed and would recommend anyone asks for him if going to this location.
